Our little history
Our establishment is an old house of master, transformed into an Hotel-Restaurant in 1949 by my grand-father, Henri Maupas. He became known throughout the Southwest and became unmissable on the RN21.
My father, Golden pan fried in 1974 was one of the 4 musketeers to make known Gascon cooking in Europe.
Being the third generation that I took back this establishment by giving it a new impetus and a revival without betraying the soul of the place. It is therefore at the heart Astarac that our team welcomes you to your stay or step.
